When To Reseeding Lawn

I am sure you have heard this saying before that a lawn needs to be reseeded every year. And if you don’t reseed the lawn within 6 months then the grass will start dying and if it is not treated then it will be dead.

The grass will die in winter and it will take more than 6 months to grow again. The new grass won’t grow up as fast as the old one and it will look dull and uninteresting.

So, when do you need to reseed your lawn?

Well, the answer is quite simple, it depends on the type of grass that you have and the climate of your area. If you are living in a cold area then the grass will start growing and you will need to reseed the lawn within 6 months.

But, if you are living in a hot climate, then the grass will start dying and the best way to get new and fresh grass is to reseed the lawn. You should reseed the lawn in the fall or spring to get fresh and vibrant grass.
